Peter did not like beer in college. What he discovered after college was that he just doesn't like bad beer. Peter has been brewing beer for more than 15 years, spending much of his adult life experimenting with various brewing techniques as a homebrewer. After an unexpected event in his personal life, he decided that he wanted to brew beer full time, and now Peter has extensive brewing and taproom operations experience from his time working at multiple Rochester area breweries. Peter cannot wait to share his love of great beer with you.
